A distribution business sells on account, which means the health of it is not this week's sales but this week's collections. Receivables aged into current, 30, 60, 90 and beyond — per customer, live — is the screen that decides who gets called this morning.

Stock exists per location with transfers riding in-transit, and warehouse bins add putaway, pick, count and find where the racking justifies it.
