When you run out, and what to order before you do

Every business already owns the data that says when it will run out; almost none of them can see it. SeroBooks reads your own sales history and walks it forward — this is the week you run out, this is what to order now, this is the peak that arrives every year and catches you every year.

What you get

Stock-out dates
A forward walk of real demand against real stock, per product, with the date you run dry.
Reorder levels
Derived from your own lead times rather than a number somebody typed once and forgot.
Seasonal peaks
The weeks that repeat every year, named — so the order goes in before the season, not during it.
Ship to Amazon
Marketplace stock has to leave before it can sell; the forecast accounts for the shipping lead time as well as the supplier's.
Honest bands
A range rather than a false decimal, because a forecast that pretends to be precise is worse than one that admits its width.

Frequently asked questions

Is this AI?

No, and we would rather say so. It is arithmetic on your own sales history — deterministic, inspectable, and the same answer twice for the same data. A model that could not be checked would be a worse product here, not a better one.

How much history does it need?

It improves with a year, because that is when the seasonal pattern becomes visible. It is useful well before that for reorder levels and stock-out dates.

Which plan includes it?

Pro.
