- SeroPOS and SeroBooks split into two products, bought separately or together, with their own users, locations and limits

- SeroBooks for Amazon: a plan of its own for sellers who want settlements posted and will never open a trial balance

- US sales tax by destination, with economic nexus measured against each state's own threshold
- American payroll — federal and state withholding, Social Security, Medicare — with W-2s
- Canadian and American books kept apart: different tax, payroll and year end, proven by 359 assertions
- A live defect closed on the Canadian side: PST was being claimed as an input tax credit in BC, SK, MB and QC
- Ontario Health Premium, and Quebec's QPP, QPIP and RL-1 as their own calculation

Forecasting, and Amazon through Maya
- Demand forecasting from your own sales history — stock-out dates, reorder levels, seasonal peaks

- 44 ledger, banking and marketplace endpoints now enforce the same tree server-side
- Permission revocations now reach every device on sync (previously insert-only)

- Receive Payment rebuilt: auto-allocate oldest-first, edit any allocation before recording
- Bank reconciliation in the QuickBooks Desktop shape — with or without a feed
- CSV statement import with mapping wizard and reusable rules
- Undeposited Funds → Deposits → Bank flow throughout

The accounting suite
- Cash Flow Statement joins P&L and Balance Sheet; six P&L views including by location
- Period locks enforced at the ledger; year-end close with retained-earnings roll
- Fixed assets with CCA classes and the half-year rule
- GIFI/T2 mapping with suggestions and bulk accept
- Amazon settlement sync posting to the ledger, penny-verified against QuickBooks Desktop
