Build a report by describing it. Memorize any report as it stands.
Sixty-eight built-in reports cover most mornings. For the rest, SeroBooks lets you build one by describing it — four questions, fields chosen from a catalogue, never SQL — and lands it in the same Report Centre, viewer, exporter and scheduler as everything else. Any report can be memorized with the filters it had, and any memorized report can arrive by email on a schedule for a relative period, so 'last month' still means last month next year.
What you get
The library, and how it is organised
Sales, purchases, inventory, receivables, payables, banking, accounting, tax and payroll — the groups QuickBooks Desktop users already know, so an accountant finds Aged Receivables where they expect it. Three payroll reports joined the library in September 2026: Payroll Register, Summary by Employee and Remittance History.
Statements that fold, and stand beside another period
The profit and loss and balance sheet were once flat lists of every account. They now fold by account type and sub-type, compare against a prior period or the same period last year, and honour the business's own fiscal year — every quarter preset used to assume January.
Frequently asked questions
Can a report be scheduled for someone who isn't a user?
Delivery is by email to addresses you name; the recipient needs no login.
Do custom reports read the same numbers as the built-in ones?
Yes — the same controller methods the screens call. A scheduled report cannot disagree with what the screen showed that morning.
