The Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet lists your open sales orders, oldest first, and tells you for each whether the stock on hand can fill all of it, some of it or none. Select an order to see its lines — what was ordered, what has been invoiced, what is still to fill, what you have on hand and what other open orders want of the same item. Tick orders to print their pick lists together, and invoice an order straight from here.

Headed ORDER (number) — (customer):
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Item, SKU | The item. |
| Ordered | Quantity ordered. |
| Invoiced | Quantity already invoiced. |
| To Fulfill | Quantity still to go. |
| On Hand | Stock at the order's location. |
| On Other SOs | What your other open sales orders want of the same item — so you can see whether filling this order leaves others short. |
Pick lists
A pick list is a printed PICK LIST for the warehouse, titled with the order number and date, with Item, SKU, Ordered, Invoiced, To Pick, On Hand and a Picked column to tick, and Picked by _ Date _ at the foot. Tick several orders to print all their pick lists in one go.
Invoicing from the worksheet
Select an order and click Create Invoice. SeroBooks puts the order's quantities still to fulfil on a new invoice at the agreed prices — Sales order (number) is on a new invoice — the quantities still to fulfil. Save it to fulfil the order. Adjust the quantities to what is going out and save the invoice. It is exactly the same as Convert in the Sales Orders list: the stock, tax and the order's progress update in the same way. If the order has been completed meanwhile, SeroBooks says it is no longer open.
Common problems
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| An order shows None but you have stock. | On hand is counted at the order's location. Transfer stock there, or change the line's location on the invoice. |
| An order is missing. | It is completed, or it is beyond the oldest 500 — search for the customer. |
